Living Lively Longer is an undertaking of Seniors over 55 at Brownsville Baptist Church. The group explores all kinds of activities from day trips to the areas of interest in our area. We love short dinner trips for snacks and fellowship. Travel is always on the group's mind and each month a special trip is planned for those who volunteer to join the ranks of the senior travelers. This years schedule is below and community friends are welcome to join us for our second Thursday's 11:30 a.m. for a pot luck. bring a dish luncheon at the church or to join us on our monthly swings to find some good food and fellowship. This years schedule is listed below. Copy it off and keep up to date on the exciting things we are planning. Some time the trips are altered to allow leeway in the desires of the travelers. BBC's LLL group is for 55 and over (but we'll fudge on the age) who want to join us for our trips (no travel charge), our food (bring a dish), or our programs. We welcome suggestions by contacting Debbie in the church office with questions or suggestions. Check out the latest 2018 tentative schedule at the bottom of this page.

Cracker Barrel Fun on LLL Visit
The coming year will see a new face or two in the makeup of the LLL Committee, as we try to find more exciting places to see and more things to do. Programs planned for 2017 include retirement planning, doctors and senior care, retirement insurance, love notes, a little politics, and how to run a food distribution program. As per usual, we'll try to set all the programs up for the 2nd Thursday for our inhouse buffet and our 4th Thursday travel plans. Please remember that when there are five Thursdays in a month, we'll go on the fourth Thursday. Unless notified in advance, please plan to bring some dish that will accompany the announced meat at our second Thursday get togethers.
