ALL ACTIVITIES HAVE BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Though many Senior Adults are involved in service ministries throughout the church, Seniors have their own special fellowship at BBC. Live Longer and Like It is a fellowship of those over fifty-five at Brownsville Baptist Church. We enjoy monthly potluck luncheons as well as short outings for meals, as each month a special day-trip is planned. The 2020 schedule is below.

Community friends are welcome to join us on the second Thursday of each month at 11:30am for a bring-a-dish luncheon at the church. Unless notified in advance, please plan to bring a side-dish or dessert that will accompany the announced meat at these get-togethers. Menus will be posted in the church newsletter (on the Church News tab of this site). After lunch, sit back and enjoy a brief program by an educational speaker or musical entertainer. Or, join us on our monthly outings on the fourth Thursday of the month to find some good food and fellowship.   We usually leave the church around 10:30am to go out to eat, using the church van or cars. Call the church office at 772-9753 to sign up.   Come and join the fun and enjoy great Christian fellowship!
